In any play (the ones I created myself or the public available plays), I am not able to capture the jpg. It is not possible via the download arrow and not possible via edit and clicking on the jpg image.
In all instances I get the following message: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
I have tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I have the latest versions of both and my flash is up-to-date too.
