Graphic N°: 1 This is just a short play for a low post isolation.
Graphic N°: 2 O5 cuts to the high post and O1 passes him the ball. O4 cuts to the low post. O5 tries to feed him the ball.
Graphic N°: 3 If O4 is not open in the low post, he sets a back screen for O3. O5 now has two options, either O3 coming of the back screen or O4 on the slip.
