The initial alignment is a 4out 1in setup.

O1 passes to O2 who reverses the ball to O4.
After the pass O1 cuts off O5 to the basket and O2 cuts off O5 back door tot he basket.

O5 screens for O3 who executes a shuffle cut.
O1 positions himself at the weakside low block.

O2 comes off O1 and O5's staggered screen to recieve the ball on top.

O5 ballscreens for O2 who dribbles to the wing. O1 and O3 set a duoble screen for O4 who cuts the basket.

You can add a staggered screen for O3 at the end (set by O1 and O5).
