Have 5 offensive players line up around the three point line, and 5 defensive players inside the paint. On the coaches shot all players have to sprint out and touch their player and then go back and get the rebound.

Find your man box out and secure the rebound.

If your players are on the next level have the offensive players move, and/or attack the offensive rebound.
