Description
The drill involves two players and one ball. The drill starts with a jump shot from O1. He gets his own rebound, passes the ball to O2 and finds a new shooting spot. O2 does the same process and the drill will continue.
Goals / purpose / skills
To warm up; to practice passing skills, footwork, shooting, spacing and rebounding techniques.
Variations
Each player should score 5 shots in the row (10 for the pair) to increase the skill level of the drill.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis
The position of the shooting spots should be switched after each shot. The players should take care of correct shooting mechanics and passing execution. The players should not hurry their shot or their pass.
