The initial setup is a 1-4 high.

O1 passes to O2 and cuts to the basket. O5 and O4 forma double screen on the freethrow line. O3 moves towards the corner.

O3 uses O1's screen and uses the double screen to get open on the top of the key.

If O3 does not get opne he cuts to the basket and O1 uses the double screen.

If O1 (in this case) or O3 recieve te ball at the top, the other guard breaks to the corner (here O3) and the double screen breaks into a screener (here O5) and the wing (here O4)

Then the ballhandler and the screener play P&R.

Option:

If O3's defender cheats he can use O1 as a flex screen.
