Description In this drill O1 shoots 25 shots, five shots from each cone positioned on the court. The drill begins with the first shot from the first cone. After the shot, O1 runs to get the rebound and dribbles back to the same cone for the second shot. After completing five shots, O1 goes to the next cone and so on.
Goals / purpose / skills This is a shooting conditioning drill. To practice shooting from a variety of positions and angles on the court. This shooting drill is perfect for a single player who does not have a passer/rebounder.
Variations There could be a time limit set (e.g. 2-3 min).
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Despite the conditioning, the players should ensure they are using correct shooting mechanics.
