Description O1 begins the drill with a jump shot from the right elbow. After the shot he sprints to touch the opposite sideline. Then he runs to the other elbow, receives a pass, and shoots immediately another jump shot. This process continues until the shooter scores 10 shots. Then the shooter and rebounder switch their positions.
Goals / purpose / skills Conditioning shooting drill.
Variations Players could shoot 15 attempts and count how many they scored. They could also shoot on a time limit, e.g. 1-3 min.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Despite the conditioning, the players should use correct shooting mechanics. The players should not hurry their shot.
