You can "step under" all inside lateral post screens. If the cutter cuts low, have players "stay" with their man and do not switch. If the cutter goes high, have players "step under and switch" the screen. The screener's man yells "screen, screen, screen!". The defender being screened immediately takes a step back toward the baseline and steps under the screen. If the cutter goes low, he can just stay with his man and both defenders are in good position.
