Description Start at position 1. Sprint to the first cone, and to the basket. Receive a pass for a power layup or dunk. Power shuffle to position 3, facing the opposite baseline. Sprint to the next cone, and to the basket. Receive a pass for a power layup or dunk. Power shuffle to position 5, facing the opposite baseline. Repeat.

Variations Shoot a jumper from the elbow instead of the power layup or dunk.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Rebounder sprints the length of the court and passes to the player for a fast break power layup or dunk. Perform 1 to 10 round trips per set clockwise, then repeat the same number of sets anti clockwise.
