Description
One minute is put on the scoreboard or on a wrist watch. One ball is placed on each low block. O1 has to pick up the ball, score, go to the opposite block, pick up the ball score. Meanwhile, X2 has rebounded the ball and placed it back on the low block, and continues to do so throughout the drill.
Goals / purpose / skills
The goal is to score all baskets, and as many as possible in one minute.
Variations
Have the player shoot a specific shot e.g. a dunk, power layup, jump hook etc.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis
The player should explode upwards every time after picking up the ball, no matter what shot they are taking.
