Four offensive and four defensive players will begin on one baseline. O4 will inbound the ball to his teammates as they are defended. The players then play 4v4 full court. If the defence gets a rebound or a steal, they take the ball and attack the opposite basket. If the offence scores, the ball is inbounded and and defence becomes offence/offence becomes defence.
