This drill is designed to teach and practice ballhandling under pressure. The defenders are only allowed to move one step to either side. After O1 is through he passes the ball to X1, who becomes the next offensive player. O1 becomes X5, everybody else moves up one position.
Goals / purpose / skills

Goals are: better ballhandling under pressure and conditioning.

The drill can also be executed with 2 or even 3 balls.
