Description This drill involves the whole team divided in to groups of three. Each group has one shooter and two rebounders/passers. The drill starts with a jump shot from the free throw line from O1. After the shot he runs to the opposite free throw line, receives a pass from O3 and takes a jump shot. Then he runs back to his first shooting spot, receives a pass from O2 who has rebounded the ball and takes another jump shot. This process is repeated on a non-stop basis until he scores 10 jump shots.

Variations They players could shoot with a time limit, e.g. 1-3 min.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Despite the conditioning, the players should take care of using correct shooting mechanics. The players should not hurry their shot.
