Three teams of four players will be used. Two teams will begin playing 4v4 in the half court. On a change of possession, the team that was on defence pushes the ball to the other end and plays against the other team that has been waiting to play defence. The team that was originally on offence stays and gets ready to play defence. This drill continues until one team scores 11 points. Every basket counts as one point.
