Description
The team is divided in to equal size groups. The players of each group line up at the baseline. Each O1 has a ball. After a signal from the coach they start to dribble with their right hand up to the opposite baseline. The players have to dribble around the cone and come back dribbling the ball with the opposite hand. As soon as they reach their own free throw line, they pass the ball to the next player in the line. This continues until all players have finished.
