Player O2 stands under the basket and passes the ball to O1 who waits on the wing position. After the pass O2 cuts to the opposite wing position where he gets a return pass from O1. After the return pass O1 goes for the rebound against player O3 who steps into the paint after player O2 has catched the ball. The rebound winner then passes to shooter O2 and cuts out to the opposite wing direction for the shot and so on...

Always shoot out of motion where the ball comes lateraly and proper boxing out for the rebound.
