This drill is to teach offensive rotation on penetration.

O1 has a ball on the right wing, he penetrates baseline. O2 who set up on the left wing flares to the corner to create a passing angle to O1, as he recieves the ball he shoots. O2 gets his own rebound and lines up behind O3, O1 lines up behind O4.
