The team is split up into groups of three. Each group must make a total of twelve baskets at each of five different shot categories. The first group that finishes wins, and all others perform push ups. Each group must make twelve layups (Picture 1), then twelve shots from close range (Picture 2), then twelve medium range jump shots (Picture 3), then twelve shot fake, one dribble jump shots (Picture 4) and finally twelve three pointers (Picture 5).
