Players line up in four lines behind the baseline. the two players on each side of the basket make up a team. The player closest to the basket (1 and 2) has a ball. The other (3 and 4) is the ROCKET. Two cones are placed at the free throw line.At the coaches signal players 1 and 2 dribble to the cone and the ROCKET start running towards the other basket. Player 1 amd 2 stops at the cone and makes a long pass to the ROCKET who dribbles to the basket and makes a lay-up. Players 1 and 2 wait in the other end until both ROCKETS have scored. The rockets then dribble and make the long pass to 1 and 2 who try to score. The teams scoring first get the point.
