This drill practises trapping the post from the weakside.

The Coach passes the ball to O4 in the post. The defender X4 closes the baseline and the second defender X5 traps O4 and takes away the middle. (important hands must be ready) . Defender X1 sinks into the middle ready to take away the pass to O5.

O4 can not pass back to the coach.
