Description In this shooting drill two players compete against each other. O1 & O2 begin the drill with a jump shot from the elbow. After the shot they sprint to touch the half court line. Then they come back, receive a pass from O3 O4 respectively, who are rebounding, and take another jump shot from the same elbow. This process is repeated until one player scores 10 jump shots. The shooters and rebounders switch their positions.

Tips / Hints / Emphasis Despite the conditioning, the players should use correct shooting mechanics. The players should not hurry their shot.
