Description No 1: Sprint to the FT line, backpedal around cone, push cone at sideline with the hand out of bounce, slide back to zone, push cone backwards with the hand out of bounce and sprint to the ball. Play 1-1.
Option: Jump 10 times over cone before sliding.
No 2: Slide to sideline push cone at sideline with the hand out of bounce, slide back to zone, push cone backwards with the hand out of bounce sprint to coach giving 5 and sprint to the ball. Pass to coach and open up on 45 degrees (side is chosen before).
No. 3: Sprint to FT line, slide around cone, sprint around cone, slide to ball and post up.
