Every four dribbles they stop for 4 seconds and O1 has to protect the ball from X1 pressuring him.After a change of direction and change of hand move they go to the next position. At half-court they switch from offense to defense and from defense to offense.

The coach stays at half-court pointing up numbers with his fingers which the players have to shout on every stationary position. That will help them keeping there head up while they protect the ball
