Description
This drill teaches layups under pressure.
O1 stands on one baseline/laneline junction and X1 stands at the opposite basline/laneline junction.
On a coaches signal O1 starts dribbling to the opposite elbow and X1 sprints accross the lane touches the lowblock and sprints to the elbow.
X1 the tries to block O1 as he dribbles to the basket for a layup.
