Description O1 and O4 start out runnig full court around the cone and back. Around the middle cone they make a change of pace and get in to the shot. Second or third in line depending on how you choose to build up the drill passes the ball to the shooter and starts running. The drill continues.

Variations One can have different sets of cones and organize them in different ways depending on what running behaviour you want to teach. You can also vary with dribbles after the last cone and finnish with one on one moove.
