Description Each player shoots 2 free throws. If they miss the first they are to speed dribble the length of the court and sprint back to the same baseline twice whilst dribbling their ball with their weak hand. If they score the first but miss the second they are to speed dribble the length of the court and sprint back to the same baseline once whilst dribbling their ball with their weak hand.
Goals / purpose / skills Free throw shooting. Weak hand speed dribbling.
Variations Have players dribble two balls instead of one.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Instead of traditional "punishments" involving sprinting only, this forces players to work on their weak hand dribbling. Use as many baskets as you have available.
