Two coaches (managers) line up on the wings. Two offensive and two defensive players, one pair on each low post. One coach has a ball, the ballside defender has to fight for position and establish 3 quater front position. The weakside defender has to maintain a position on the basket-basket line.

Then the coaches pass the ball back and forth and the players react properly.
