The offensive player with a ball straddles the half court line at the sideline facing the opposite sideline. The defensive player also straddles the half court line facing the offensive player. The offensive player will try and score a layup, the defensive player will try to deny the layup. The defensive player cannot move until the offensive player lifts his back foot. Rotate to the other side of the court.

Up tempo layup shooting with defensive pressure. Taking a charge / applying defense pressure without fouling.

Players must choose different opponent every time.

Winner becomes offense or defense. 10 points wins.
