Description
O1 starts at the top of the key. O2 is the rebounder for O1. O1 moves to the left elbow, O2 passes to O1 so that the pass arrives at the same time he does. O1 sets the inside foot, squares up to the basket and takes the shot. O2 rebounds the shot and passes back to O1 for the shot now at the right elbow. O1 continues moving from elbow to elbow for a total of ten shots. Then the players switch roles and O2 is the shooter for ten shots. This drill could be repeated for as many sets as you want.
