Description Player takes two free throws and jog to the other free throw line and take two more shots. After that shot, jog back to the first side and take two shots. Ask player to slow down as the drill progresses.
Goals / purpose / skills Cool down while simulating free throw shot conditions during the game.
Variations Can use this in the middle of training and give the players a target to be achieved in a set time.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis Make sure that the players go through their routine at the free throw line before shooting. Do not let them stay on the line for long, watch the 5 second rule on the line.
