Divide your team in to two groups. The first player from eeach group is on defence. The first two players play 1v. When the defender stops the offence, he stays on defence and gets one stop to his name. When the offensive player scores, he becomes the defender. The previous defender moves up in the new group. The player who gets to 7 stops wins.

Set up a time limit, and the player with the most stops at the end of that time wins.
