Description The players form two rows at teh baseline, with the ball in one row and a coach with another ball 1 to 2 meters from half court. 1 and 2 pass the ball back and forth, then 1 takes the ball from the coach, changes direction, and dribbles towards the basket for a lay up. 2 drops his ball, which he has recieved from 1, becomes the defender and tires to recover against 1.
