Description
In this drill are two pairs, with one defender and one offensive player in each. They are playing 1v1 full court starting at opposite corners. Whoever rebounds the ball becomes the offensive player. If the defence steals the ball, he becomes the offensive player.
Goals / purpose / skills
It is a very competitive drill. Ballhandling, shooting, defence, rebounding, boxing out.
