Four offensive players will work against three defensive players in the half court. The offence will be given from five to twenty seconds on the clock to score in this advantageous situation. The offence must adhere to rules dictated by the coach.

To work on offence in the half court with a numerical advantage and to work on defence in the half court with a numerical disadvantage.

1. No dribble or cuts.
2. No cuts.
3. 1-2 dribbles per player.
4. Anything goes.

Defence – Balanced close out. Good communication and rotation.
Offence – Quick passing. Catch the ball in triple threat position ready to attack.
