The coach starts in the middle with the ball. The defensive player is in the key in a defensive stance. On the pass to the wing, the defensive player sprints to close out and stops in a stance as soon the ball is caught. From there, they play 1v1. After the shot, defence returns to the middle and prepares to play the opposite wing. Defence must get 3 stops to rotate with one of the offensive players.
