Description
This a shooting drill that can be worked on alone.
You attempt shots from each of the nine spots. you have two attempts to make one from each spot if you miss both you start over from spot 1.
On the higher basket you see the easy version on the lower basket the hard version.
Make sure the proper technique is used at all times.
