Everybody except O1 has a ball. O1 cuts to the free throw line and gets a pass from O2. O1 gets his own rebound and stands in the other line. O2 cuts to the free throw line and gets a pass from O3 and so on.

Get many shots as a team.

- Choose different spots on the floor.
- Ball should not touch the floor after a shot (quick rebound).
- Have a coach play defence with different intensity (from hand up to using a broom).
- Make a competition out of it with more groups. Score two points per made basket, if you rebound before the ball hits floor one point.

Look for game shoots taken at game speed.
