Description
Teams must consist of 4 minimum. Then you split the team in half (say you have 6) 3 will go to one baseline and the other 3 on the opposite baseline.
One ball will be at the front of each queue.
The first players of each queue will dribble to the middle where they meet. When they meet they will swap balls by passing to each other.
Once the balls are securely switched, they will carry on dribbling the same way to the opposite queue.
The balls will then be passed to the next player in the queue and they will do the same.

The aim of the drill is to make sure they are dribbling the ball correctly.

If this is too easy for them make sure they keep their eyes up dribbling.
