Description Picture 1: This drill is for 8 to a maximum of 12 players. The team is split up in 4 groups. Each group takes a position in each corner of the court. O1 and O4 start the drill by dribbling towards the halfcourt line. As soon as they reach the line they pass the ball to O3 and O2 respectively. Then they run straight to the basket, receive a pass back from the same player, and finish with a layup without a dribble.
Picture 2: After the layup the passer gets the rebound and passes the ball to the next player of the group at the same basket and lines up behind that line. The player who scored the layup goes to the line from where he received the pass. Now the two players with the ball (New O1 & O4) continue the drill by dribbling the ball towards the halfcourt.

Variations Change direction to use the other hand for dribbling and shooting.
Tips / Hints / Emphasis This is a continuous drill and could be run during the whole warm up.
