Description
This is a shooting drill that improves ballhandling and catch and shoot.

Graphic 1:

Coach has the ball under the basket and passes fast to Player 1, who is on the foul line. Player 1 tries to control the ball with left hand and dribble immediately as hard as he can. After the dribble, player catches the ball with both hands and shoot. Coach grabs the rebound and passes again.

After 10 shots, Player 1 begins to control the ball with both hands and dribbles hard immediately.
After 10 shots with both hands, Player 1 begins to control with right hands and dribbles hard immediately.

Player 1 ends the set after 30 shots. Rests for 2 minutes and starts another set of shots. After 5 sets of shots, drill ends.
