Description
Two players position themselves under the basket, one behind the other, facing the coach, who is positioned with a ball near the midcourt line on the central lane. The coach rolls the ball towards one sideline. 1 runs , catches the ball and passes it back to the coach. When the ball is returned to the coach, 2 runs to the opposite side of the floor where 1 has caught the ball, recieves the ball from the coach, and dribbles towards the basket for a lay up. 1, after passing the ball, becomes the defender and recovers against 2.

The drill should be executed on both sides of the floor.
