Description This is a full court drill with an emphasis on movement, passing and conditioning. There are three different layups on each side. A regular full speed layup, a turn the corner down the middle layup, and a drop layup (hand off). See pictures below.
The rebounder gets the ball and puhes it full speed to the other end for a layup, then dribbles it up to the line with balls. You will need one ball for every two players. Keep the players at half court so everyone can go full speed. Use both sides of the court.
