Description This is a great shooting and conditioning drill. O1 stands at the three point line, we put two cones at the elbows extended. O1 dribbles the ball to shoot a layup, then rebounds the ball and goes around the other cone, drives to the basket, scores a layup, and he comes back to the original position. The goal is to shoot continuosly for 30-40-50 or 60 seconds. We can count how many shots are made.
