Description
O1 starts behind the baseline. On a signal from the coach he sprints to the nearest elbow. When he touches the line, he immediately starts to defensive slide towards the sideline. When he reaches the sideline he sprints to the half court line. After he touches the half court line he efensive slides to the center circle. When he reaches the center circle he sprints to the next free throw line. From there, he defensive slides to the sideline and then sprints to the baseline. When he finishes that, he runs the longest direction around the court to the starting position, this time he starts by sprinting to the other elbow (Picture 1). When he finishes the round, he runs back to the starting point.
