Players will begin on one baseline with one player on offence and the other player defending him. The offensive player is only allowed to use 1/3 of the court. The defensive player must work to provide maximum pressure. If the defence gets a rebound or steal, they take the ball to the opposite basket. If the offence scores, the ball is inbounded and and defence becomes offence/offence becomes defence.

To play 1v1 full court.

A player waiting to go next can be used as an inbounder and the offensive player must get open versus defensive pressure.

The offensive player should work on getting by the defensive player and finishing. If the defensive player finds that the offensive player is getting a step ahead of him, he must “turn and run” in an attempt to get back in front and re-establish position. The defensive player must contest all shots, block-out, and get the rebound.
