Description The drill can be run with more than 3 players but is ideally suited to 4. The drill begins with 2 rebounders, 2 players in the corner with the ball and 2 players at the half. The 2 players at the half begin by sprinting down and receiving the ball from the corner for the jump shot at the elbow. They will get their own rebounds and pass to the player on the baseline who has performed and defensive slide to the corner. Once you have passed from the corner you will sprint to the half and sprint back receiving the ball from the corner.
