Graphic 1 & 2:

4 groups of each 2 layers line up on the baseline. The first 4 players start a 4 man weave towards the opposite basket.

Graphic 3:

On the coache´s whistle the 4 weaving players stop, pass the ball to a guard and attack the basket they are coming from. The other 4 players sprint to close out on the 4 offensive players.

Graphic 4:

They then play 4 on 4 live with helpside and defensive rotation.
