O1 and O7 are the outside players waiting for the outside pass. They "L" or "V" cut and receive the ball, then drible, in the mean time the man in the middle, near the cone (O3 and O4) cut to the oposite half to receive the ball. O3 and O4 receive the ball and dribble to the corner, where another offensive player cuts to receive the ball, then from a triple threat position drives to the basket.
