Description
All players start on the sideline, laying on their stomach. On a whistle they run to the opposite sideline and lay down on their stomach. Repeat 17 times (or more).
Goals / purpose / skills
Purpose is conditioning and explosiveness - keep adding more runs so players' conditioning improves.
